These Terms govern your use of the Custom Token Board App mobile application (“the App”) and any related website, support pages, or services that link to these Terms.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Custom Token Board App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Custom Token Board App.
Custom Token Board is designed to help parents, caregivers, educators, and therapists support positive behaviors through customizable token boards.
The App is intended to be used by adults working with children, not by children independently.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
The App allows users to create token boards and customize them by adding names, labels, rewards, images, board settings, and other user-generated content (“User Content”).
You are responsible for the User Content you create, upload, store, or sync through the App. You agree not to create, upload, or use User Content that:
If you choose to upload information, names, or photos relating to a child or another person, you represent that you have the authority and any required consent to do so.
We may remove, restrict, or disable access to User Content or App features if we reasonably believe the content or behavior violates these Terms, threatens the safety or integrity of the App, or creates legal or operational risk.
The App, including its design, functionality, graphics, and software, is owned by Renee Gomez and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

The App does not provide medical, psychological, behavioral, or therapeutic advice.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for use of the App in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

The developer is not responsible for the policies or actions of these platforms.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
If updates are made, the revised Terms will be posted on the website with an updated “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Some features of the Customer Token Board App are available in guest mode, while other features require an account.
If you use the Custom Token Board App in guest mode, certain content may remain stored locally on your device.
If you create an account or sign in, certain account information and User Content may be stored or processed through our service providers in order to support authentication, syncing, media storage, feedback handling, subscriptions, entitlement checks, account deletion, security, and related App functionality.
Use of account-based features is subject to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you are a signed-in user, the Custom Token Board App provides an in-app account deletion option.
When an account deletion request is completed, we delete the account-linked data we control for that app account, including synced boards, related account records, and associated private cloud media, subject to limited retention for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, backups, and technical operations.
Deleting the Custom Token Board App from your device does not automatically delete cloud-stored account data.
If you use the Custom Token Board App in guest mode, deleting the App or removing local content may remove guest-mode data stored only on your device.
The Custom Token Board App may rely on third-party services to operate certain features, including authentication, cloud storage, subscriptions, billing, account management, sign-in providers, feedback handling, and email notifications.
Your use of platform billing, app distribution, sign-in, and related platform services may also be subject to additional terms, conditions, and policies of Apple, Google, and other applicable providers.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
You may stop using the Custom Token Board App at any time.
If you use guest mode, you may stop using the App by deleting local content or uninstalling the App.
If you have created an account, uninstalling the App does not automatically delete your account or cloud-stored account data. Signed-in users may request account deletion through the in-app deletion flow, where available.
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to some or all of the App if we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, misused the App, created security or abuse risk, or used the App in a way that could harm the App, other users, or our service providers.
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, shared, retained, and deleted in connection with the Custom Token Board App. By using the App, you acknowledge that your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
